Classes in these suburbs run on a term basis, usually in conjunction with school terms, therefore the length of term varies.  Bookings are for the whole term.

The class includes classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice  safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, and the mind.


The class also incorporates relaxation, pranayam (breathing exercises) and meditation. The meditation practices are based on Self Enquiry Meditation techniques including mantra, breath work, visualization, concentration, self reflection and self enquiry.


Yoga mats are provided, though it is recommended that you bring your own. Mats are also available for purchase if you wish to buy one from us.


Please bring a cushion & something to cover your body (blanket) to be comfortable for relaxation and meditation.
